Not the right fit? Changed your mind? No worries. At Dapdime, we want you to be 100% stoked with your gear. If it’s not right, we’ll make it right.
The Return Rules

30-Day Window: You’ve got 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: Gear must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. If it smells like cologne or has pet hair on it, we can’t take it back.

Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to Start a Return

Shoot an email to support@dapdime.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will send you the return instructions within 48 hours.

Pack it up and ship it back to us. (Note: Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs).

Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new size is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the stock is reserved for you and gets to you quicker.
Damaged or Faulty items
If we sent you something that isn't up to scratch, that’s on us. Email us immediately with photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
